Guest Chefs & Changing Menus
The Appiano family supports our community and are all food enthusiasts. We’re excited to have a location where we can welcome local and visiting chefs to share their flavor of cooking. We’re even more excited to welcome our patrons to come enjoy the fun with us.
We change the menu to reflect seasonal items as well as inspired trends, tasty recipes and the creative genius of award winning Chef Brian Appiano. From luscious Aguachiles to sumptuous Sarap samplers, we have exciting new flavors presented every few months.
Events
We host a variety of events at The Switch. Two of our most popular events are Paint & Sip and Taco Tuesday Throwdown. Paint & Sip pairs wine with a relaxing evening of painting and socializing. Taco Tuesday Throwdown where two chef strive to create the most mouthwatering tacos with the winner taking all. Our guests get to enjoy the chefs creations and be the final judges.
